Job Description
 
Main tasks and areas of responsibility:
 
MEMBERSHIP
 
  • Further develop the European Aluminium membership management system;
  • Further develop the Welcome package for new members including electronic and printed tools to engage with (potential) members;
  • Review, update and structure the European Aluminium membership database, including that of external stakeholders.
 
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
 
  • Organisational and administrative arrangements, as well as other activities related to European Alu minium's strategic and operational manual;
  • Coordination and introduction of lT supplier change as well as new extranet and database testing, launch and adjustment;
  • Ad-hoc tasks and projects supporting the general administration of European Aluminium
 
PUBLIC AFFAIRS/COMMUNICATION, EVENTS, INNOVATION AND OTHER ACTIVITIES
 
  • Further support of the National Association platform, in close cooperation with PACOM;
  • Support membership events (logistics, coordination, organization...);
  • Provide social media support
  • Create/align general/basic presentations, documents, etc.;
  • Assist the lnnovation platform.
 
The intern should have a flexible approach to being available for othertypes of activities, projects and tasks.
Essential Skills: 
 
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English;
  • Have excellent command of Windows Office package;
  • Good organisational skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in administration/office management, event management, communication, administration, European studies or any other relevant field.
