European Aluminium is looking for a new Trainee for Membership & Administration Support to join its team. 

Profile:

  • The candidate should be recently graduated with a bachelor’s degree in administration/office management, event management, communication, administration, European studies or any other relevant field.
  • Be fluent in both written and spoken English and good knowledge of at least one other EU language.
  • Willingness and ability to work on a range of different issues.
  • Good organisational skills and eye for detail.
  • Pro-active and responsive with ability to quickly understand tasks and situations.
  • Strong research skills. Knowledge of how to find information quickly and efficiently.
  • Have excellent command of Windows Office package.

Responsibilities/tasks:

  • General duties and day-to-day operations support and the general administration of European Aluminium.
  • Managing European Aluminium membership and external stakeholders’ databases.
  • Monitoring and mapping the industrial landscape.
  • Supporting organisational and administrative arrangements, as well as other activities related to European Aluminium’s strategic and operational manuals.
  • Support in organising internal and external meetings.
  • Preparing presentations and background notes.
  • Participating in internal and external meetings and draft minutes.
  • Providing social media support.
