Job Description
The Residence Manager’s primary responsibility is to ensure that the Residence is run efficiently and in line with value for money guidelines set by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office in London; that it is maintained to the highest standard and, as one of the most prestigious British Embassy Residences in the world, it serves as a showcase for British excellence for the 12,000 guests who are entertained annually.
Under direction of Ambassador and the Ambassador’s wife, the Residence Manager is responsible for the overall day- to-day management of the Residence, the staff, and - with various sections of the Embassy and the Residence team - the co-ordination of events and the maintenance of the Residence.
Starting Salary €3166 per month.
