We are seeking an intern eager to learn about transformation in organizations, creative problem solving, leadership development and strategic facilitation. is a young company created by experienced business professionals and seasoned facilitators. We help clients develop creative solutions to resolve complex strategic issues and develop leadership competences. Our clients are Belgian and international private and public organizations.
At Yeast, you will work in a small and familiar environment with a focus on excellence. As the company is young and growing, we value everyone’s input and look forward to welcoming some young energy in our team!
Responsibilities and duties
  • Manage and grow the content library
  • Create and prepare content for sessions with clients
  • Participate in sessions with clients (help to set up, create session reports, this is also an opportunity for you to observe and learn from your colleagues in action)

Qualifications and skills

  • Communication – your input is valuable, and our job requires that we communicate a lot
  • Attention to details – your work will be directly used by clients, hence your writing must be impeccable
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work alone
  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace – in particular Powerpoint and Excel
  • Manage breakout rooms and other integrations on Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to summarize information
  • We prefer if you already have some internship experience, but most importantly you need to: be able to speak and write in English and French AND/OR Dutch: be eager to learn, take on a variety of tasks and learn on the job; you will need a laptop and an internet connection.


  • Up to 1300€ per month on a full-time basis + reimbursement of costs
  • Note that no salary can be provided if you do this internship as part of a degree program.
