Your tasks

The ideal candidate has proven leadership qualities and business development skills and is able to drive our activities in the thematic domain.

The Consultant/Senior Consultant is tasked to:

  • Contribute to the company’s Green policy practice
  • Lead/contribute to proposal writing
  • Lead projects/contribute to projects and teams 
  • Contribute, together with the team, to a multi-annual business strategy
  • Ensure the delivery of policy reports and strategic advice of high quality
  • Enrich the company’s methods and skills in this thematic area.

Thematic expertise

The ideal candidate will have a strong background (and qualifications) in one or more of the following sectors:

  • Circular economy
  • Resource efficiency and eco-innovation
  • Sustainable production and consumption
  • Renewable energy and energy efficiency
  • Green financing
  • Climate change
  • Bio-economy
  • Sustainable cities.

Required experience

  • At least 4 years of relevant project experience preferably in a consulting or policy environment.
  • Relevant Masters-level degree.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Experience of taking a leading role in EU-level proposal writing
  • Project management experience, incl. managing client relationships, research processes, teams and budgets.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English. Additional European languages are a plus.
