We are looking for a Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Green policies to join Technopolis |Group| in Paris

The Technopolis |Group| is an international policy research consultancy and a respected evaluation practitioner established in 1989. Our clients include national clients (Banque des Territoires, MTES, MINEFI, Régions, ADEME) and EU clients (the European Commission, European Investment Bank, ESPON, etc).
 
As we are expanding our green economy/ circular economy portfolio, we are looking for a senior consultant to join us and contribute to Technopolis’ portfolio of projects. You will be working with the Group’s Green Economy Lead and colleagues supporting evaluations and studies in the area of circular economy/ green economy in the group.
The successful applicant will have demonstrated quantitative and/or qualitative analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work effectively as a member of multidisciplinary teams, and a strong commitment to our core values of quality and integrity. Work experience in evaluation is a plus.
 
Projects and missions
  • Collection and analysis of quantitative and qualitative data
  • Conduct literature review and telephone interviews
  • Contribute to writing of study reports and proposals
  • Identify and contribute significantly to business development and marketing opportunities
  • Contribute to shared learning and continuous improvement of our processes and practices. 
Competences
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the area
  • An academic background in one of the sub-areas of the circular economy or a proven track record in the field (PhD or Master degree)
  • A practical knowledge of circular economy policy and current developments in Europe;
  • Knowledge of green financing would be an asset
  • A good command of quantitative and / or qualitative research methods
  • The ability to write to a professional standard, in English, French. Spanish is a plus
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as in multidisciplinary teams
  • Very good project management skills
  • Intellectual curiosity and flexibility to work across different disciplines.

Work conditions

  • Duration: Permanent position starting June 2019
  • Competitive salary and performance-related bonus scheme 
  • Work place : Paris office
