Eurodad (the European Network on Debt and Development) is a network of 47 civil society organisations (CSOs) from 20 European countries. Eurodad works for transformative yet specific changes to global and European policies, institutions, rules and structures to ensure a democratically controlled, environmentally sustainable financial and economic system that works to eradicate poverty and ensure human rights for all.
 
The purpose of this role is to help Eurodad to communicate its policy proposals, campaign messages and research effectively, to help influence decision makers and opinion-formers and galvanise political support for real change.  This is an exciting opportunity to lead Eurodad’s digital communications strategy, including the development of a new website. You will also support our work across news media and stakeholder communications. You will play a central role in the development and expansion of the Eurodad network and will support the development of a communications and advocacy tookit for a range of audiences.
 

The successful candidate will have an understanding of Eurodad’s work areas and a passion for global social and economic justice. He/she will be an excellent written communicator. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential, as is proficiency in French and/or German and/or Spanish or another major European language. The selected candidate will be creative, well organised and expected to work independently when required.
