Job Description
CPME is recruiting a Secretary for a full time post.
The Secretary will be responsible for:
• every day management of the organisation’s finances and accounting;
• providing administrative support;
• the organisation, set up and management of meetings and Board- and General Assembly meetings;
• purchasing office supplies and handling facilities management;
• being the first point of contact for the association’s members and suppliers.
The Secretary will be:
• bilingual or very fluent in English – knowledge of French is also required;
• pro-active, dynamic and resourceful;
• open-mind & a “problem solving” person;
• self-starter;
• flexible and able to multi task.
and possess the following:
• standard secretarial knowledge, including Windows XP;
• excellent communication skills;
• experience in a similar type of post;
• able to function within a small team
Location: The position will be based in Brussels.
Contract: full time: 38 hours a week
Starting date: preferably 1 August 2008.
