About the Opportunity:
For our Brussels office, we are recruiting a receptionist/admin support (paid internship). We are looking for a dynamic, flexible and organised individual who will be responsible for supporting the organisation of the office. Start date will be mid-June 2017 – full-time or part-time candidates may apply.
The tasks include managing the reception and incoming phone traffic, organising and preparing meetings and meeting rooms, organising office supplies, travel and taxis as well as all other business support activities.
We are looking for an ambitious, representative and energetic new colleague with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent through experience) and up to 2 years of experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and French or Dutch
- First-class presentation and telephone manner
- IT skills (MS Office)
- Highly organised and accurate
- Motivated and able to take initiative and responsibility
- Hands-on attitude
- Drafting and strong writing capabilities
