Job description:

​He/She will have the following responsibilities:

  • Receiving visitors and suppliers;
  • Handling telephone calls;
  • Organising mailings and follow-up;
  • Assistance in the organisation of meetings, events;
  • Various administrative tasks.  
Profile:
 
  • Language skills : fluency in Dutch, English and French;
  • IT : Skills : Extended knowledge of MS Office is required;
  • Well-organised, accurate and able to set priorities, stress-resistant;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • A team player, with a good sense of humour;
  • A pleasant, well-rounded and mature personality, with an absolute drive towards professionalism and client satisfaction.
