Our internships are 6 months long (although some roles have the flexibility to be long lasting) and during your placement, we’ll make you an integral part of our team and give you real tasks – with real responsibilities – from day one. We hope to help you expand your horizons and encourage your personal and professional development.

We want to make sure you get the most from your time with us. That’s why once you join we’ll work out ambitious but achievable goals for you. Then through the support of your manager, we’ll help you achieve them.

The Role 

To assist N&S management in all Safety, Quality and Regulatory areas related to N&S brands, products and product related material in line with the company objectives and together with all involved departments (QA & NRA sister’s organizations, Marketing, Business Support Management, Sales)


  • To help review and approve all product labelling (artwork) including:
    • Legal name
    • Ingredients and allergens
    • Nutrition Information
    • Product Claims
    • Nutrition and Health Claims
    • To ensure they comply with internal policy and corporate requirements
    • To help review and approve all commercial advertising, consumer and trade press releases
    • To help devise legal names and claims on new product development
    • To provide regulatory advice and guidance to Project Managers and Brand Marketers on their projects and queries
    • Submitting comments into artwork approval system
    • . Escalates appropriately internally/externally if discrepancies found.
  • Start, complete and adapt internal documents/checklists as appropriate
  • Complaint handle of product from all N&S brands: exhaustive investigation, identifying priorities and giving feedback to the people involved
  • Supporting the investigation of Food Safety issues within the QA division, giving feedback to the Logistics & Sales departments
  • Contribute to the update of all function related files and documents (change in formula, analytical formulations, submission of specific registration) dossiers…)
  • Support regulatory requests for information by: the submission for registrations of NUT numbers in the national database (only for Belgium)
  • Analyzing, drafting and establishing internal regulatory policies and training them out to internal QA/NRA staff.
  • Liaising with partners organizations, suppliers & other stakeholders to obtain accurate information for the use of QA/NRA department.
  • Supporting digital communication regarding regulatory & quality issues (social media) for all N&S brands


Candidate Requirements:

  • Last year studying towards a Food Science, Nutrition or law related degrees
  • Possible to commit at least for 6 months full time to the position
  • Naturally inquisitive and passionate about technical excellence and sciences
  • To be a strong team player, able to work on own and use initiative to find solutions
  • Pro-active, highly motivated, ready to take on new responsibilities and build strong relationships
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office and to be IT competent
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • You maintain high standards, are results-orientated and a highly multitasker
  • Starting asap
