D&D Consulting Services is a Belgian Public Affairs & Communication company based in Liège and Brussels. Founded in 2008, D&D works with several highly qualified senior consultants for specific projects.

D&D is looking for a Public Affairs Officer to lead its public affairs and public relations field. The person who is offered this position should expect to be in charge of client projects on behalf of the company and to interact with clients and senior consultants. Applicants should have excellent analytical and organizational skills as well as a natural inclination for communication and networking.

This full-time position will take place in the D&D Consulting Services premises in Liège and Brussels.

  • Master studies in EU Studies, Political Sciences, International Relations, Law, Public Relations & Communication;
  • Minimum two years of previous experience, preferably in the EU institutions and/ or in a consultancy. Knowledge of health issues would be an asset;
  • Excellent understanding of EU and international Affairs;
  • Good analytical, organizational and communication skills;
  • Excellent command of both English and French;
  • Proficient use of the MS suite;
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in an SME.

 Key responsibilities

  • Monitor, analyze and report on how EU policies and legislation impact business or activity of D&D’s clients;
  • Coordinate Public Affairs missions (Including: redact studies, briefs and reports for internal and external use; settle, attend and report on meetings with stakeholders and/or events; organize events);
  • Cooperate to definition and implementation of D&D business development strategy;
  • Assist the General Manager in selected projects and agenda settlement.
