Who we are looking for

The everis multilateral unit is looking for a dynamic project manager willing to implement an ambitious project funded by DGDEVCO in Brussels. Beside the implementation of the project the ideal candidate should support the the multilateral unit, based in Barcelona, in all its activites.

Main tasks:

  • Day to day implementation of EU funded projects;
  • Administrative adn financial monitoring of projects;
  • Coordination of international team of experts;
  • Attendance to high levels EC meetings;
  • Networking with consortium partners and EC DGs/EUDs;
  • Consortium coordination;
  • Selecting and recruiting of key and non-key experts for short and long term assignments;
  • Quality control on projects including results and deliverables;
  • Actively participating in all initiatives carried out by the multilateral unit including: preparation of EoI, identification of new strategic partners and experts, supporting the drafting of proposal funded by different international donors, negotiation and preparation of budgets, pre-bid agreements, etc..


  • Master degree in International Relations, Political Science, Economics, Law, IT or similar;
  • A minium of 3 years' experience (preferably 5 years) in private consulting firms or EU Institutions covering the above mentioned tasks;
  • Proven working experience with long term DGDEVCO funded projects/programs preferably with a budget of more than 2ML euro;
  • Fluency in English and good knowledge of another EU language, preferably Spanish and/or French;
  • Proven experience in project management and capacity to work under pressure;
  • Ability in drafting minutes and report high level meetings outcomes;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including networking skills;
  • Mastering of MS Office pakage, especially Word, Excel and Power Point;
  • Flexible and proactive attitude;
  • Willing to undertake short missions and with short notice;

Remuneration and benefits: commisurate to the position and experience

Location: 8 Rue de Spa - 1000, Brussels (with frequent missions to Barcelona)
