The position involves assuming sole responsibility for managing the administrative processes in agreement with the lead partner and the EU Commission. Furthermore, the successful candidate will manage content-based bwcon packages of work of an EU project aimed at mobilising financial capital for the European creative economy.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the combined coaching and pitching events for growth-oriented start-ups from the European creative economy. The position involves making growth-oriented start-ups "investor ready" as a first step in terms of their business plan, management team and presentation to investors. In a second step, the companies that have been coached receive the opportunity to pitch to selected venture capitalists. The successful candidate's tasks include devising, carrying out and following up coaching and pitching sessions. Furthermore, he or she will attract and select appropriate companies and investors, and be responsible for follow-up care of the participants. Moreover, the successful candidate will work together with the European partners to devise a plan for new financial instruments for start-up entrepreneurs from the European creative economy.
