Job Description
EMC Consulting Group (EMC) is offering a trainee position for a period of min 12 and max 18 months (35 hours per week).
We are seeking individuals (m/f) with the following profile:
Knowledge and skills:
- Undergraduate university degree.
- Excellent English (native or near-native level); other languages an asset particularly French, German or Dutch.
- Ability to work independently and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- An interest in management issues.
- Computer literacy.
Responsibilities:
- Database management: Introduction, organisation and updating of database.
- HR and editorial: Providing assistance and cooperation regarding European healthcare events and
publications. Attendance of global events on the healthcare management.
- Administration: Conference preparation: marketing and publication materials.
- Office management and reception work. Organising and maintenance of a filing system, follow up
administrative tasks. Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Production: Print production follow-up and control.
Throughout the training period, the intern will gain knowledge and experience in the fast-growing healthcare communications environment. Different areas of training include basic office management, publishing, event organisation, public relations.
