Focusing on topics such as the EU, the labour market and production activities, sustainability and new measurements of well-being, microfinance and social innovation, and cross-cutting themes such as vulnerability, resilience and inclusive development, migration, energy and climate change and forecasting and scenario analysis, the CED intends to analyse the strengths and weaknesses of economic systems and to advance development proposals.

The CED is a Social Promotion Association. Its Journal, “Sviluppo, Sostenibilità, Innovazione Sociale“, is registered at the Court House of Naples as a scientific journal.
