About EVA:

European Visual Artists (EVA) represents the interests of authors' collective management societies for the visual arts. 26 European collecting societies for visual creators are gathered under this roof as members or observers. They manage collectively authors' rights of close to 100 000 creators of works of fine art, illustration, photography, design, architecture and other visual works.

Main Tasks: EU legislation monitoring

  • Attending and reporting on Committee meetings, public hearings, conferences and seminars of the European Parliament
  • Monitoring EU regulatory development and national policies, jurisdiction and
    legislation relevant to our members
  • Event organization, Logistical support in the framework of events organization and/or client meeting
    programs
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings with MEP's, assistants, stakeholders
  • Social media and website management
  • Assist to the drafting of press releases and monitoring of relevant media outlets
  • Translations, proof reading EN/FR
  • Development of questionnaires, following and drafting of evaluations

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience within the European Public affairs;
  • Very good knowledge of the European Institutions;
  • fluent in English and French, (other European languages is a plus)
  • Perfect command of Office (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)

The employee will work under the surveillance of the Secretary General.

Beginning of contract: as soon as possible
