Job Description
Expected start date: March 2009
Contract: full time and permanent,
for the first six months: “convention d’immersion professionnelle”
Thisposition is based in Brussels.
Tasks
- Coordination
- Organisation of internal meetings (minute taking, agenda)
- Liaison with members (circulate information, answer enquiries)
- Communication
- Writing & editing of publications
- Website management
- Event planning
- Organisation of conferences at European level
- Budget management
- Follow up of policy activities in liaison with the permanent working groups for social policy and civil dialogue
- Attend external meetings
- Office management
- Follow up of financial documents in liaison with the Treasurer
- Administrative support
- File and database management
Requirements
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Excellent in English, fluent in French
- Good communication skills
- Self started and independent
- Good organisation skills
