Position: Full-time Office Manager

Reports to: Director of Operations

Responsibilities: welcome and install clients, office supplies, organise office operations and procedures, assist in accounting process, events management, maintain CRM.

Qualifications and Experience

The successful candidate will have:

  • A Secretarial degree or equivalent.
  • 2-5 years experience in a similar position.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and French (other EU languages, especially Dutch, are assets).
  • A valid EU work permit.
  • Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Understanding of the public affairs / communications worlds.

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong time management.
  • Strong sense of customer service.
  • Speed, precision and attention to detail.
