Office Management & Assistance to the Office Director

  • Responsible for the office management in coordination with the Office Director
  • Assistance to the Office Director
  • Filing, archiving, updating forms and documents
  • General contact person of the office
  • Internal and external communication (phone, mail, e-mails)
  • Follow-up of external requests
  • Coordination of meetings
  • Reception of guests and visitors to the office 
  • Travel arrangements of the OD
  • Preparation and follow-up of conferences and workshops
  • Coordination and procurement of office supplies

Required Qualifications 

  • Business education or similar 
  • Excellent language skills in German and English
  • Knowledge of French is an asset
  • Relevant professional experience is an advantage
  • Computer literate (Windows-Standardsoftware MS Office)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Solution oriented
  • Team player
  • Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment
  • Flexibility
