We are
A European trade association based in Brussels. Our members are leading companies (mainlymultinationals) listed in the EU and national associations representing the same. Our mission is to promote the interests of our members in the area of securities law, capital markets law, company law and other related domains. Our interlocutors are EU, national and international regulators, supervisory bodies and policy makers.
We look for
A Management Assistant to reinforce our small team. You will combine general tasks of office management with the personal assistance to the Secretary General. You will take care of the back office of the association under the supervision of the Secretary General and with the assistance of external suppliers. Your tasks will cover a vast array of administrative, organisational and communicational tasks such as member administration, filing, follow up of supplier orders, accounting, ICT, organisation of meetings, appointments and events, preparation of traveling and general assistance to the Secretary General.
You are/you have
• Relevant education (administration, communication, PR)
• Relevant experience of +/- min 2 years preferably in a similar environment (EU trade association, EU Institution, international law firm or similar)
• Multi-task capable
• Fluent in English and in Dutch or French
• Experienced user of Word, Outlook, Internet, PowerPoint, Excell
You are also
A team player but able to work autonomously, a clear communicator both orally as in writing, a strong organiser, emanating a professional image, proactive, punctual and precise, able to cope with multiple and changing priorities, open minded and flexible.
