Job Title: Legal Trainee/ Legal Assistant/ Junior Legal Counsel

Job Description: 

Assist the International Legal Department in a wide range of legal matters, such as:

  • International Corporate Governance
  • Presentation of materials, proposals, agenda, minutes and reports of Legal Department and Data Protection Team at Group level
  • Drafting of correspondence, reports, and other basic legal documents


  • Coordinate execution of agreements and certificates in an international context 
  • Follow up complex chain of administrative and regulatory requirements for business and organizational needs
  • Review of confidential documentation to be circulated of management approval
  • Coordination with Financial Department in the execution of corporate documentation
  • Comparative Law research on specific topics and legal updates
  • Contacting notary and various governmental authorities in several countries as required

Job Requirements:

Qualifications for a legal internship:

  • The position requires strict confidentiality and high level of care in handling records and data.
  • The candidate should have a background of legal education. Fluency in written and oral English is required. Another fluent language is a plus.
  • Undergraduates and international students are welcomed.
  • Solid legal knowledge in at least one Jurisdiction. Comparative Law studies or experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and analytic skills, and an eye for detail.
  • Warm-hearted, patient and resolutive. Able to work for the benefit of the team. Passionate  about the legal career.

Working Hours: 38 hours per week
