NATRUE: The International Natural and Organic Cosmetics Association, is looking for a highly motivated Label Assistant.  Candidates should show practical skills, high motivation for work, flexibility, and team spirit to work with a dynamic and international team in Brussels.

Main Tasks:


  • Promotion and Development of the NATRUE Label (including enquires, preparation of annual forecast tracking label results, development of strategy)
  • Establishing and or maintaining contacts with relevant stakeholders including Label users, control and accreditation bodies, and issues related to (re)certification
  • Invoicing Label Fee (issue of invoices, update of the Extranet, send reminders)


  • Attendance and presentation at Trade fairs, conferences and seminar organisation
  • Coordination with external suppliers
  • Budget and reporting for all Events


  • Website management. Keeping the website & mobile site up to date and support with articles, news alert etc.
  • Upload of photos & descriptions of certified products to the NATRUE website
  • Social Media updates (Facebook, LinkedIn)
  • General support: research, presentation preparation, creating databases
  • Develop the communication strategy of NATRUE together with the responsible working group


  • Excellent English. Plus at least one other EU language (German, French and Italian). Multilingualism is desirable.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, understanding of Typo3 is an asset, previous communication experience is a plus.
  • High organizational skills, precise and reliable.
  • Proactive and able to prioritize work and capable of delivery to deadlines
  • Brussels based with long term commitment to Brussels.
  • Relevant experience in similar position is required (asset not for profit/(natural) cosmetic sector and/or experience with certification).
