Job Description: Junior Office Assistant

EPRA is currently seeking a Junior Office Assistant for an international team based in Brussels. This part-time position will report to the Operations Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking care of daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office's activities;
  • Support the Office Manager and team as required;
  • Assist by providing administrative and coordination for various tasks including but not limited to: team travel and hotel bookings; invoicing; contact data entry to CRM; website logins; meeting and greeting all visitors, answering the main reception telephone;
  • Assist by providing administrative support to the Office Manager in relation to the accountants/book-keeper and auditor;
  • Liaise with office suppliers such as telephony; stationery; printer suppliers etc and maintain sufficient stock;
  • Provide back-up to the Office Manager during holidays.
  • Carry out general administrative tasks, such as printing miscellaneous items and collating them for events/meetings.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2 – 3 years of experience as an assistant or similar position;
  • Possess excellent organisational skills;
  • A problem solver and ability to take initiative;
  • Hands-on ability to meet deadlines;
  • Computer MS-Office literate;
  • Efficient communications skills and ability to act with discretion;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and French, additional European language especially Dutch an asset;
  • Authorised to work in Belgium.
