Job Description
Your responsibilities: - Issue Management: Monitoring and management of relevant issues and market developments for OMV Gas & Power towards all EU Institutions with modern Public Affairs tools - Reporting: Supporting the European Affairs Manager with regard to structured and in time reporting to OMV Corporate and OMV Gas & Power on political, economical, legislative and energy industry issues in the European Union - Office Management and research: Supporting the European Affairs Manager in administrative tasks and preparation of lobbying respective briefing information and materials for external and internal stakeholders - Stakeholder Management: Establishing and regular update of a comprehensive stakeholder map, analysis and contact management Your profile: - University degree in law, economics, political sciences or similar - Working experience within at least one EU institution - Profound knowledge of political and legislative framework (codecision procedure) - Excellent language skills in German, English and French, written and oral - Strong social and communication skills - Analytical, strategic and conceptual strengths We offer you: - After an initial phase of intensive training/briefing on energy issues relevant for OMV based on the candidates knowledge on the subject, the opportunity to take on several dossiers and projects on one’s own responsibility - The opportunity to join a committed community of international experts within a challenging and fast growing environment Place of employment: Brussels (local Belgium contract) Are you interested in joining our team?
