We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Digital Marketer to join our Marketing Team to execute and build out our E2E Digital Marketing Strategy, across all digital channels. In this role you will be working closely with the local Belux (20%) and the regional (80%) marketing team, to make sure all channels & messages are aligned and connected.

  • Digital marketing operational strategy – Assess market unit and programs digital performance and readiness, define roadmap and lead digital ramp-up from a process & operations as well as a people perspective
  • End to End Digital Tactics Advisory – Expert advisory on digital channels and how to make them work together into an end to end program, including advisory of planning, tactics usage, optimizations reviews.
  • Enablement – Trainer on several channels out of: Web, Social, Marketing Automation, Advertising. From high level understanding to day-to-day usage of related platforms, processes, governance, agency services, trainings, reporting; now with more integrated digital topics
  • Hands-on execution delivery – Support always-on execution of paid and organic channels maintenance and optimization. Align with paid media agency to execute and optimize programs
  • Innovation – Drive new trends & pilots based on regional priorities, as an active member of the cross-markets regional digital experts virtual team
  • Voice to Region – support requirements feedback, investigation asks, issues resolution to Global Digital Marketing teams by contributing to the regional input/output feedback cycle
  • Community – engage actively within the digital experts community cross-markets; communicate new trends, test & learn outputs, key learnings & practices
  • End to end performance management: support creation of digital reporting and funnel analytics to drive successful KPIs, ROI and overall marketing effectiveness, leveraging Adobe Analytics, in addition to SAP Marketing Cloud, SAP Analytics Cloud, and more.
  • Insights to Action: run market digital performance data analysis to help answer specific business questions; provide strategic recommendations based on data trends to give marketing leaders the insight they need to make informed decisions. Translate dashboards into concrete operational optimization action points for Marketing Team and Tele / Demand Agents team.


  • 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing;
  • Solid understanding of data analytics and the ability to deliver meaningful insights;
  • Affinity and skill in Digital Marketing and content creation;
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics;
  • Affinity for Design – Adobe Photoshop knowledge is a plus;
  • Experience with Marketing Automation is a plus;
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills;
  • Strong team player and loves to connect & collaborate;
  • Enthusiasm and Drive: keen to learn and work with new technologies;
  • Positive hands-on and pro-active attitude;
  • Excellent written, analytical and communication skills in Dutch and/or French and English;
