ARCTURUS GROUP is a public affairs consultancy firm created in Brussels in 2001 and established as well in Paris, Marseille, Berlin and Warsaw. Working with numerous economic sectors (e.g. energy, transport, agribusiness, shared economy), the firm represents the interests of clients before European and national public authorities and supports their growth on new markets by identifying relevant institutional levers.

To join its public affairs team based in Brussels, ARCTURUS GROUP is recruiting a Public Affairs Junior Consultant to start as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will be part of a team of 10 highly motivated people of a variety of different nationalities and his/her main tasks will include:

  • Monitoring of EU and national legislative and policy developments in several sectors
  • Active participation to the institutional strategy building and implementation
  • Establishing and maintaining a strong network of relevant contacts in EU institutions, industry associations and other stakeholders
  • Organizing institutional events (policy breakfast, conference, etc.)


  • Excellent knowledge of EU institutions, decision-making processes and policy scene
  • Minimum of one year of relevant experience working on EU policy issues (leveraging the national-EU angle would be an added value)
  • Fluent in written and spoken French and English as well as bilingual level (native) in another EU language (German is a plus)
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Team-player that works well in a collaborative environment
  • Pronounced interest for the company’s main activity sectors


  • Political science, law or economics background
  • A results-driven, self-starter able to take initiatives and lead projects
  • Polyvalent, reliable, rigorous, attention to detail
  • Ability to cope with stress and tight deadlines
