We are currently looking for an IT Administrator to join us in our Corporate Headquarters located in Zaventem (Corporate Village).

Your profile

  • Degree in information technology
  • A first experience (2-5 years) covering below tasks
  • Good technical expertise including Microsoft and Cisco technologies for networking, desktop, server and LAN management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills
  • Service-minded and solution-oriented
  • Able to work under pressure and flexible to adapt to priorities
  • Strong compliance with policies & procedures
  • Fluent in English (written/spoken), knowledge of Dutch/French is an asset
  • Flexibility for occassional travel to other local sites as well as to other EMEA countries when required

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:                                                   

  • Providing IT infrastructure services at 2nd level support in a multi-site Windows server, Cisco network and IP Telephony environment using a helpdesk system with all tasks controlled through a ticketing system with performance measured against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
  • Locally act as a first point of contact for the headquarter offices in Zaventem, including VIP support to the executive management team
  • Remotely as part of a team responsible for a geographical cluster using remote tools
  • Providing local network & desktop support
  • Providing all-round local asset management (IT, telephony, videoconferencing)
  • Managing local servers and their services as agreed in SLA
  • Interaction with local service providers
  • Participating in infrastructure projects as well as providing infrastructure support to project managers within other ITS projects.

The role requires availability for ad hoc on-call out-of-hours interventions.
