Additiv is a Swiss financial software vendor offering digital investment solutions for the Asset & Wealth Management industries, and one of the leading innovators supporting the FinTech revolution across the globe. Its Asian subsidiary Additiv Asia Pte. Ltd. is looking for one IT Engineering intern in Singapore starting from October or November 2017 onwards.

DESCRIPTION

As an IT Engineer, you are a key member of Additiv Asia technical team with a clear focus on internal & external documentation related to Additiv software products’ technical specifications. You participate to the preparation of future and new projects, and contribute actively to the support provided to our existing Asian clients.

By joining our fast-growing technical team split between Asia and our European offices, you are involved in different steps of financial software implementation projects, develop a sharp expertise in IT projects with Financial Institutions, and stimulate your creativity and critical thinking skills.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Your responsibilities will essentially be structured around the following points:

  • Identify and specify the technical attributes of a financial software product
  • Formulate and design technical brochures
  • Review and relate the main interfacing requirements for a software product
  • Frame and write-up technical user manual for end users
  • Work on high-level specifications for other potential financial software product(s)

JOB PROFILE

Third or Final year students from Engineering, Information Technology, or Business School/University (or equivalent), with a high interest in IT, and the financial/business software sector.

  • Languages: Fluent in English, with ideally German and other language(s) (Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin or Thai for instance) as assets
  • Technical Environment: Familiar with .Net framework and restful APIs, experienced and comfortable with technical & financial vocabularies
  • General: Having an eye for detail, enthusiastic, highly-driven, and curious by nature, with a high desire to gain experience in the field of software solutions in an international context.

TERMS

  • Compensation: Depending on the profile and truly motivating
  • Duration: 6 months, full-time position
  • Location: Central Business District, Singapore

In accordance with the working holiday pass (WHP) guideline in Singapore, you must be a student from a university located in any of the following countries: New Zealand, Switzerland, France, United Kingdom, United States, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, or Germany.
