From our Brussels HQ, the Business Development Department manages tenders for development projects and technical assistance contracts funded by international donors worldwide. In order to strengthen our Business Development team, we are currently hiring two interns that will support the department in all tasks related to the management of services contracts in the field of governance, education, economic growth and sustainable development. You will be required to demonstrate a combination of precision and flexibility in all tasks.
Support Business Development managers in implementing all offer activities;
  • Experts identification and selection;
  • Background research and analysis of tender dossiers; and
  • Liaise with the clients, proposed experts and consortium partners on day-to-day management of offer activities.
Qualification and skills required: 
  • Fluency in English and French (writing and speaking) is required, Spanish and / or Portuguese is an asset;
  • Educational background: University Degree, preferably Master’s level, in International Relations or another relevant field of expertise; 
  • Strong communication skills, good team player, together with ability to work independently and efficiently; 
  • High energy level, positive attitude;
  • Planning and organisation skills; and
  • Excellent command of Office (Microsoft Word, Excel). A demonstrated ability with editing and design software will be an added value.
