The Position:
In this challenging position, you will work with Lifecycle Teams to provide counsel and strategic advise on public policy environment and access issues for Roche's products. You will also work with pan-European and regional patient and support groups on issues of patient access to care. You will lead the development and implementation of strategic plans for headquarter activity on policy and access issues. Besides, you are responsible for facilitating affiliate funding and patient access plans and monitoring active implementation. You will work with International Communication Managers and the International Economic Strategy Leaders to co-ordinate and leverage activities and with affiliate-based policy/funding officials and funding teams on local policy/funding issues.

This position requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years experience in government, public policy or as a public affairs consultant in Brussels or at a national level. You have worked with third party stakeholders and external customers. You also have experience in a cross-functional and multi-cultural environment. You are able to manage multiple tasks and priorities and you have a good understanding of business issues. Your English is fluent, written and verbal.
