The European Green Party (EGP) offers an Internship social media management to join its campaign team in the run-up to the 2019 European Elections.

Your tasks

You will support the social media manager in his daily tasks, in particular in

  • Creating engaging and creative social media content
  • Spreading our campaigns through social media
  • Spotting opportunities for messaging based on current affairs and news trending on social media
  • Analysing performance through data analytics and suggest improvements through regular reports
  • Potentially producing visuals and social stories

Your profile

  • A sense for the tone-of-voice and topics that resonate among young progressives
  • A high interest in social media and political messaging
  • You can write a decent text in English
  • You are eager to learn fast
  • Great collaborative skills to operate with a team of professionals
  • Some basic design skills (Photoshop/Adobe suite) are an asset

Practicalities

The European Green Party office is based in Ixelles, Brussels. The position is full time (38 hours a week). It will be filled from 01/12/2018 and will run until 15/06/2019. Our internships comply with Belgian minimum wage standards.
