Job Description

Key responsibilities:
 

  • Assist the preparation of TI’s international Annual Membership Meeting (scheduled to take place in Berlin, Germany, in mid October 2009).
  • Assistance in correspondence with TI partners throughout the world.

Knowledge, experience and skills:

  • Excellent English
  • German as an advantage
  • Solid computer skills (e-mail, MS Word and MS Excel)
  • Prior office experience is required
  • Experience in conference / event organising as an advantage
  • Students of International Law, Economics or other social science disciplines are encouraged to apply

Legal requirements for working in Germany must be fulfil. In view of regular processing times by the German immigration office and the scheduled start of the internship, EU nationals and those with a valid work permit for Germany are encouraged to apply.
Interns must obtain their own health insurance before starting the internship, and must submit a tax card for 2009.
