Together for Sustainability AISBL (TfS) is a global, procurement driven initiative dedicated to the improvement of supply chain sustainability in the chemical industry. Since its founding in 2011, TfS developed and continues to implement a program to assess, audit and improve sustainability practices within the supply chains of the chemical industry:

We offer a 6-month payed Internship opportunity to assist TfS Managers with office management tasks (50%) and review of the TfS Audit reports (50%) at the TfS Brussels office starting July 8th, 2019.

Job description:

  • Support with general administrative office tasks
  • Support with scheduling and organization of travel, meetings and events
  • Assist with the review of TfS Audit reports (checking documents conform to TfS standards)
  • Handling e-mail inquiries and TfS mailboxes
  • Document flow management and archiving
  • SharePoint administration (e.g. manage users, upload documents etc.)
  • Support with financial tasks (e.g. expense claims and invoicing)
  • Other ad hoc tasks as requested

Education, skills and profile:

  • Recent graduate with some experience in office administration
  • Fluency in English required (essential), other languages (French, German) an asset
  • Confident command of MS Office (essential)
  • Strong interest in sustainability
  • Ability to work in a small team
  • Task-oriented with strong attention to detail
