Looking for a great internship in Madrid? Digital Demand - D2 offers you a unique experience as a Human Resources Manager!

We are Digital Demand – D2, a Big Data company that provides analytic insights and intelligence about Countries, Regions and Cities. We are currently seeking to recruit an intern to join our office in Madrid, Spain, as a HR Manager. The HR Manager should be a bachelor or master student with a Business, Psychology or Human Resources degree background.

Duration: 3-6 months

Job Description

The main tasks of an HR Manager may include:

  • Communication with applicants.
  • Creating job advertisements and contacting universities.
  • Managing the recruitment process (analysing CVs, conducting Skype interviews, etc.).
  • Leading the training exercises and first day activities for new interns.
  • Creating a strategy on how to manage the productivity and motivation of interns.
  • Preparing teambuilding activities.


  1. Fluent in speaking, reading and writing in English.
  2. Excellent communication skills.
  3. Knowledge of methods of the recruitment process.
  4. Minimum duration of internship is 3 months.

Desired Skills

  1. Accountability, creativity, and enthusiasm.
  2. Experience with managing and leading people.
  3. Organisational skills, with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  4. An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  5. Ability to take initiative and proactive approach.
