The CCPC is seeking to recruit a Head of Unit for the Consumer Protection Co-operation (CPC) Unit, which is situated within the Consumer Protection Division (CPD).

This is an opportunity for a solutions and outcomes focused Senior Manager, who enjoys working with a great team and is seeking a challenging role in an important and dynamic regulatory environment. 

The role holder will be required to contribute to the success of the CPD, which operates in a fast moving and high task volume environment. Given the diversity of consumer protection issues, the successful candidate will be expected to be a quick learner, flexible in their work approach and results focussed. The role holder will be expected to contribute to and engage with the overall management of the Division and to undertake any additional tasks as may be necessary from time to time. This may include leading on divisional or cross-divisional projects, as well as representing the CCPC through engagement with external stakeholders.
