Responsible for coordinating all CEFTA administrative and support functions (finance, procurement, HR, IT, legal, office management etc.).

Specific tasks include:

1. Finance and Budgeting: Supervise finance and accounting tasks performed by CEFTA accountant. Coordinate CEFTA budgeting activities. Ensure financial integrity and accountability. Maintain internal controls.

2. Reporting: Ensure overall supervision of CEFTA reporting activities (technical and financial).

3. Procurement: Supervise procurement tasks performed by CEFTA procurement officer. Ensure compliance with applicable requirements and conditions.

4. Legal: Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and ad-hoc contractual requirements.

5. HR: Monitor planning and time management. Enforce staff regulations.

6. Contribute to the development/ enhancement and implementation of operating processes and internal controls.

7. Where applicable, endorse and execute delegated 1st or 2nd level controls as part of CEFTA approval system/ scheme.

8. Coordinate CEFTA risk management activities.

9. Be responsible for the completeness of CEFTA procedural documentation. Ensure formalization of operational process changes and updates to CEFTA manual of procedures.

10. Ad hoc tasks linked to the position of Head of Administration as requested by Director
