ICF Next specialise in helping European institutions and other international organisations to raise awareness about their policies and actions and engage with a variety of audiences. We are currently looking for a Freelance Journalist / Editor - native English speaker to work with the European Patent Office (EPO) in Munich

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the Brand Manager in developing, reviewing and approving content for the Annual Report as well as the related materials such as facts and figures, PowerPoint presentations and infographics
  • Support the development of scripts for the Annual Report videos
  • Edit and support the mailing to top applicants at the EPO
  • Copywriting and editing of brochures and video storyboards
  • Proof-reading material prior to publication (studies, reports, comm. plans etc.)
  • Support the brand manager in the project Season’ Greetings publication
  • Edit and proofread PPT presentations about the Office or on specific topics for EPO speakers
  • Review and edit corporate content for external publications including web content, etc.
  • Support in storyboard drafting for videos  

Requirements:

  • English native speaker, knowledge of another European language is an asset
  • Project management
  • Good reporting methods
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Excellent editorial capacities
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience within this field of work
