Job Description
Fleishman-Hillard is searching for a highly motivated intern to join its established Chemicals, Energy and Transport team for a 6-month term starting as soon as possible.
Fleishman-Hillard is one of the world's leading public affairs and communications groups, with over 80 offices located throughout North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, Australia, and South Africa.

The successful candidate will have:
- Background in Chemicals, Environment or Transport policy.
- Very good knowledge of EU policymaking process, political parties and the political media.
- Excellent writing and research skills and networking ability.
- Commitment to the highest standards of service delivery.
- Initiative and creativity when it comes to problem-solving.
- Fluency in English with the ability to work in at least one other EU language.
- Prior experience in a professional services firm an advantage.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Dynamic and capable of structuring and managing the work independently.
- Excellent IT skills.
The main responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with research and preparing draft reports, mainly related to EU Chemicals, Environment and Transport policy.
- Daily monitoring of relevant information sources and reporting on key developments.
- Meeting & event organisation, logistics and follow-up.
- Providing political intelligence services in support of public affairs programmes.
- Proactively networking through attending relevant events.
- Assisting with production of new business proposals.
