Event Manager with Romanian
Job Description
Our client is an international global leader in hospitality/tourism sector. Currently, for this client we are building a team of the Event Coordinators with the following languages: Hungarian and Romanian.
Place of work: Warsaw, POLAND (full time job)
The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing and executing scheduled conferences, congresses. He/she will work with the Clients to coordinate and ensure the execution of all activities related to meetings & events, i.e. venue search, venue contract negotiation, engaging and working with production companies, sourcing restaurants and extra activities such as team building. This does mean handling off-site meetings including assistance with budgeting, site selection, logistics, on-site supplier delivery relationships, on-site support (optional), invoice reconciliation, billing and payment. The Event Coordinator may also handle large meetings including site selection, meeting set-up, catering, audio-visual and additional services. The person will also prepare and disseminate contracts, planning sheets, invoices, and related administrative documents for each conference.
To apply for this position you should have at least 2 -3 years of experience in organizing events, conferences or congresses. Highly developed Meetings & Event Management skills with the complete ability to lead projects. Very good knowledge of Hungarian or Romanian language.
