Our company is currently searching, for our international client based in Alicante:

  • Event coordinator: responsible for the day to day tasks involving event organisation including logistics and coordination of tasks with external suppliers

Qualifications:

  • at least five years’ experience in events management and in various aspects of event logistics, such as searching for offers and the best prices, reserving facilities and equipment for meetings, catering, interpreting and technical support in event logistics, recruitment and finance;
  • experience in budgeting and cost management;
  • experience in managing subcontractors and supervising junior staff responsible for coordinating logistics activities;
  • English and Spanish level C12; knowledge of other languages, particularly French, is desirable;
  • solid experience in matters relating to protocol and the attendance of public figures at events;
  • ability to carry out numerous tasks and to prioritise the workload;
