Customer Support Specialist (German / French)


Our client is a leading provider of business process services in the Czech Republic. While working with huge and well-known partners, this international company is having a significant growth during the last few years. They are now offering a new career opportunity in Ostrava to work on a project for one of the most famous telecommunication companies in the world.


The main Customer Support Specialist’s role is delivering an exceptional experience to customers by providing clear guidance and the most suitable solutions via phone and email. Responsibilities include:

  • Constant communication with customers and managing their inquiries in English and German / French
  • Updating the database with the latest information regularly
  • Problem solving and escalations
  • Meeting monthly targets of performance


  • Fluent English and German / French
  • High school education
  • Customer oriented approach with great listening skills
  • Good computer knowledge and familiar with IT
  • Customer service experience is considered as a plus
