RECOVINYL (www.recovinyl.com) is looking for a trainee who will directly assist the General Manager with the communication of the organisation. The traineeship will be remunerated.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE

  • Coordinating the creation of a new website and provide support to the web designer;
  • Supporting the development of corporate identity design tools;
  • Consulting external data sources, search internet for data and information in order to make surveys, polls, and infographics etc.;
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations for meetings;
  • Layout and graphic design.
  • Media monitoring;
  • Developing, implementing and overseeing external and internal communication strategies, tools and materials (written, visual or audio-visual) for various target groups;
  • Preparing newsletters;

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Highly motivated, Student at Master’s level preferably in communications;
  • Excellent English language skills and very good written and verbal communication skills; the knowledge of one other EU language would be an asset;
  • Experienced user of Adobe InDesign is beneficial, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator a plus;
  • Familiarity with CMS tools also ideal (Wordpress, Wix, Jimdo);
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database);

EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in communication and administration will be an asset;

CONTRACT:

3-month paid contract with a possibility of an extension to 6 months;

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

You will be working in a European environment, within a small team of young and dynamic professionals. This internship will give you a chance to gain knowledge of the PVC and PVC recycling industry in Europe and it will help you to better understand structure and functioning of European associations.
