If we grabbed your attention you’re probably the smart, dynamic, motivated student or recent graduate that we’d like to offer a year’s internship to in the EFC’s Comms Dept.

Your responsibilities

  • Production of meeting reports, presentations, press releases, etc
  • Proof reading & editing
  • Website & database updates
  • Contributing to our social media
  • Organisation, admin and follow-up of dept meetings
  • Reception duties
  • Supporting the organisation of EFC’s events & exhibitions

You should

  • Be a student/recent graduate
  • Be a native English speaker or equivalent (knowledge of other languages is an asset)
  • Have good organisational, communication, writing and editing skills (essential)
  • Be interested in learning about philanthropy & civil society
  • Have strong computer skills (word processing, spread sheets, databases, CMS – WordPress preferably)
  • Be creative & enthusiastic
  • Be able to work independently & as part of an international team

What we offer

  • Paid internship (€780/month) from Sept 18 – Aug 19
  • Public transport pass within Brussels
  • Up to €300 travel allowance to return home (non-Belgian citizens)
  • A free language course (max.€125 per year)
  • 12 days holiday
