Position : Full time, paid in accordance of the French law
Timeframe : Minimum of 3 months between January 1st 2018 and July 30 2018

Description

Owing to its outstanding scientific environment and its pioneering activities linked with hydroelectricity, Grenoble has always been in the forefront of the development of new technologies in the field of energy and water management.
Taking full advantage of this background, the Ense³ school trains high-level engineers and doctors able to take up the challenges associated with the new energy order, with the increasing demand of water, both in quantity and quality, and with the sustainable development and country planning. 20% of our student are foreigners.

The communication department is in charge of the promotion and curriculum enhancement. The main mission of the Department is to promote the brand in France and abroad.

Mission
In collaboration with the Head of Communications Department

  • To manage and support the revision of the Ense3 website in english
  • Creation of a global Leaflet in english
  • Manage and process related documents according to project requirements
  • These responsibilities are not of a limitative character, but might evolve over time and are defined together with the candidate

Requirements

  • Write effective copy, excelling in correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
  • Use of a our Content Management System CMS, including upload content to the website in the form of publications, news, events, media, and others;
  • Provide constructive feedback
  • Mastering of MS-Office package (Word and Excel);
  • Good organisational and time management skills;
  • Positive and open-minded work attitude, both for team work and independent work;
  • Legally able to work in the EU.
  • Speaking french would help you to settle in France and in the graduate school.

The candidate will be based at Ense3 in Grenoble, France (21 avenue des Martyrs) and will be offered an internship contract.
