General Info - Company Profile: Amazonia Bio is a B2B Brazilian-Belgium innovative company, part of the so-called "new generation companies". The goal of our company is to empower family farmers in the Brazilian rainforest and bring (in a fairly trade manner) the best organic high nutritional ingredients from there to European industries. In Brussels our team is small, very motivated and efficient (we export to 23 countries!). We are excited to receive new colleges. The plan is to hire more 3 people in the coming year. 

Job Post: Commercial and Administrative Assistant

Type of Contract: CDI 
Place: Brussels 
Language: English (fluent), French (at least Intermediate) and Another Language (German, Polish, Italian, etc). 
Microsoft Office Skills: Advanced, in special Excel
Education: Bachelor degree
Experience: More than 1 year  would be well appreciate. 
Main activities: Deal with Clients (phone / internet / personal interaction) 

  • Trips to Business fairs
  • Organization of company events
  • CRM administration and follow up commercial opportunities
  • Sales Documents in ERP system
  • Sales Logistics
  • Strategic Report
  • Analyses and Draft Quality documents.
The Ideal Commercial and Administrative Assistant will need the following: Self-motivation, pro-activation, independence, availability to travel for business events, flexibility, team work ability and detail orientation.
