Our Association Management team is looking to recruit a professional possessing as minimum the following requirements:
* Secretarial degree or similar
* Bilingual English and French (written & spoken)
* Excellent knowledge of Windows 2000, Office Professional 2000 (Access, Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) or higher
* Good communication skills
* Pro-active, dynamic and resourceful
* Open mind & capacity for “problem solving”
* Self- starter
Main tasks:
* Client administrator to the Association Management Team
* General Administration (typing, fax dispatch, expense statements, copying, etc…)
* Filing and archiving
* Layout and configuration of documents (Word & PowerPoint, Excel)
* Basic accounting (book-keeping and reporting)
* Input and update of Access Database
* Assistance with event organisation
* Organisation & minutes of client meetings
* Travel arrangements
* Implementation of mailings (incl. Excel database creation and label printing)
