Our company is currently searching, for our international client based in Alicante:

Administrative support staff and Administrative technicians  that will support the event coordinators in the implementation of their tasks according to the specific services requested

The Administrative Technician must have the following qualifications and skills:

  • a minimum of five years’ experience in the field;
  • Spanish level B2;
  • English level B2;
  • advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • high-level accounting skills.

The Administrative Assistant  must have the following qualifications and skills:

  • a minimum of two years’ relevant experience;
  • experience in preparing reports and presentations at an advanced level;
  • qualified in minute-taking;
  • English and Spanish level C1;
  • advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • professional qualities reflecting a methodical approach to work and a good sense of order;
  • ability to work as part of a team;
  • ability to work in an international/multicultural environment.
