FAMI-QS is a sector specific conformity assessment scheme, being the only certifiable code aimed at Specialty Feed Ingredients for animal nutrition.

FAMI-QS Secretariat is currently hiring an Administrative Coordinator.

The main focus of the role is to provide support to ensure that FAMI-QS operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB TITLE: Administrative Coordinator  – Full Time Employment within a small dynamic team

Minimum required Working Experience: 2 years of demonstrable experience delivering administrative, office management and communication  support in a similar role.

LOCATION: Brussels, Belgium

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Members’ Relationship Management; supporting communication activities like website , newsletter (digital and e-mail), design of presentations
  • Review/proof-reading of documents in English and French
  • Complete invoicing process including coordination with external experts
  • Office Management
  • Organisation of meetings and trainings
  • Support the activities of the FAMI-QS Management Team

COMPETENCIES:

  • Fluent level of English proficiency with an excellent command of French
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, proactive, efficient and flexible
  • Experience with the Belgian Accountancy System
  • Experience in communication strategy and website design
  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in international environment
  • Able to work with people from different cultural backgrounds.
