ERF is looking for a:

Administrative and Communication Officer (full time)

Main responsibilities:

  1. Office management
  • Management of membership base
  • Handling of members requests
  • Processing of suppliers contracts and payments
  • Bookkeeping (WinBooks)
  • Payroll management
  • Management of time sheets
  1. Communication
  • Website management and update
  • Handling of newsletters and press releases
  • Management of social media communication
  • Logistics support in events bookings, preparation, registrations handling

Background and qualification

  • Experience in administrative and communication tasks, possibly in a non for profit organisation
  • Fluent English and French – any additional European language is a plus
  • Personal communication skills with ability to deal with various levels of responsibility
  • Organised and methodical
  • Team spirit (small team)
  • Available for occasional travel or representation outside the office
